About

If you wish to support me consider purchasing my book so I can spend more time giving Natural Social Therapy (Party Therapy) to the world.

For too long people have lived out entire lifetimes repeating basic trauma patterns and not living fulfilling lives while the rich blame the poor for being ‘unmotivated’ and many people suffer, suicide become the only way out for many. Our current society is not working for everyone. I think a better world is possible. It starts with awareness.

Healing is not about suffering. We suffer enough. Maybe it’s time to start unlearning all those old habits, and learning just to be kind to yourself!

Thanks to all the amazing people that have supported and followed this blog recently! Much more then I expected! I have some new material, but some of my best stuff is already up, so I want to circulate it a bit more! I don’t know if there is a way to direct message people, so I will thank you here!

Original Intro: Hey! Zack Zwiebel here. This is a blog to share life learnings, have open discussion. I’ll offer simple learnings that took years going down the wrong roads for me to learn; hopefully future generations can take the free benefit and won’t have to repeat the same level of pain. I’ll bring up some basic social mistakes that were not really talked about in my time; such as 1. Seeing others through a ‘fear mode’, and thus reading signs of rejection that aren’t they, being to quick to feel rejected, seeing others’ ‘low energy’ as a personal rejection of you 2. Only seeking ‘high energy’ connection and missing additional subtle energy connection. 3. Only focusing on – words – and missing the energetic or how you feel + making eye contact / heart~contact without always needing words. …As well as subtler learnings: Ways of tapping into magnetic uplifting energy. Accessing your heart field. Understanding ‘traumas of absence’: problems that have no physical cause; caused by something, such as something ‘atmospheric’, that should be there but was or is not.  Connecting to energy of light and play between people. Attracting what you want, without -battling- for it. Thriving off both a positive environment and an internal ‘playful perspective.’

Opening up the discussion! Sharing the love 😉

End of 2016 note: I want to respond to more people on here but I’ve been having problems with my heart for years that still aren’t resolved also the dentist drilled out many of my teeth and my face hasn’t felt the same in months. My parents took my computer, even though it’s helped me so much, to them it’s just an addiction that needs to be stopped. It’s this “computer bad” stigma.  I hope things get better I’m just saying that because I’m stubborn I just can’t allow a world that so corrupt to win.  Losing my ability is for complex thinking I may no longer be able to spell check everything and that’s sad because it affects my ability to reach people.

  4. I have just read a few of your posts. Interesting and I have some thoughts.

It seems to me the thread which runs through your posts are the experiences of what some would call an empath. Being aware of more subtle energies and signs, the ability to feel and see more than just what is visible. Perhaps seeing/feeling/experiencing snippets of information, on either a conscious or unconscious level which make the interaction richer and more interesting, enabling the play you describe.

The stiffness and dryness you mention is, in my experience, the area of some people where the energy isn’t being used perhaps through lack of ability or just a simple lack of awareness it is there to be tapped into. Between two empaths the ‘play’ (using your word) is different, the energy more fluid and the information shared richer. A glance will contain far more information than one from someone not aware of more subtle energies, for example. This is because communication is on a deeper level. To me, this is the play you describe. An empath can get so much more out of communication with the person in front of them than the words being spoken. Of course, so can someone who is an expert in body language but I am talking about thought, energy, perceptions, ideas and emotions.

Your experience with your teacher when younger when she touched your finger is a good example of this at play and so is your description on interacting with others by approaching them to start a conversation and your take on what happens next emotively.

Of course, this is just my opinion, which might be incorrect from your perspective and this isn’t how it appears for you at all 🙂

  9. I love this post! I believe missing, or not understanding, these subtle energies you speak of is one of the main issues of our time. Especially with the advent of today’s technology (iPhones, etc), we communicate with no observation…only words…and not even spoken words. Kids are not learning the subtleness of body language, tone and intention of voice, or the look in someone’s eyes when they speak. They miss the energy that can be received from someone during an encounter, even a stranger. Much of their communication is done by text and snapchat…and when they actually have to carry on a conversation with someone, it can be uncomfortable for some.

I’ve also observed so many fellow humans walking along a sidewalk or street without ever looking up. They’re missing out on all the wonderful people walking with, and opposite of them. They miss so much of the human experience! There is a “playful perspective” missing, because lots of folks never look up in public and take a chance on connecting with the energy of others.

    1. Yes so true! thanks for the feed back. technology has played a role in all this for sure. it helped me and a lot of my generation feel safe going up, yet made us less likely to seek out people for energy and contentment.

  14. We are definitely going through a communication revolution and I agree – it’s so important to pick up on the subtleties of what is communicated but technology is changing this to a significant degree. Great post – thanks for liking my poem on Brilliance Within and I’m looking forward to catching up on more of you posts very soon.

  17. Hi. Thanks for liking Horror Story on my blog.
Surrounding yourself with people who can inspire and encourage is uplifting. I also like to think that as one door of opportunity closes or slams shut in your face, another door is waiting to be opened.
We just have to have the courage and/or encouragement to open it.
    🙂

  22. I often lose my concentration and my focus, and sometimes I correct that by hydrating myself. I know that is too simple an answer, because once I had parasites and chronic fatigue and depression. . . believe it or not but ground cloves, which you have to cap yourself, work pretty good. Thanks for liking my blog.
